How do Chef Eric’s online cooking classes work?
- First you need to make sure that your computer supports QuickTime and flash movies. You can do a test with our demo. You will need the QuickTime and flash plug-in. If you do not have QuickTime plug in, click here to download it for free. If you do not have to Flash plug in, click here to download it for free.
- Once you register as a member and after your payment is processed, we’ll send you a password and you’ll be able to automatically log in to your account for the first time.
- After that, every time you want to take a class at 911cheferic.com, all you have to do is log in with your e-mail address and your password to access your account, all classes and other resources.
- To choose a class, browse the recipes listed under “From the Kitchen” on the left-hand side of the 911cheferic.com homepage. Click on the recipe you want to learn, and the QuickTime movie will start automatically. To help you, a printable version of the recipe (including the ingredient list and preparation steps) will appear on the right-hand side of the movie. You’ll have unlimited access to all the movies any time you want.
