Online Video Cooking School Chef Eric Arrouzé Welcome to the first online video cooking school. In our chef training program we have hundreds of videos and cooking lessons to teach you. Our goal is to provide you with the best culinary education possible where ever you are. All cooking courses are designed and taught by French Chef Eric Arrouzé who is a certified instructor and teach at the University of British Columbia. Choose the right videos cooking course from the course categories: Our chef training curriculum for beginners is designed and similar to what you will find in expensive cooking school around the world. It is divided into ten intensive cooking courses that we recommend you to take in order, to maximize your learning. Cooking instruction includes streaming flash videos, lessons, quizzes, homework, assignments, a certification of completion, electronic course textbooks to download and Chef Instructor support. Guided study courses are offered date to date monthly and self study courses can start at any time for 30 days. This is exactly the same course with the same Chef support.
