Cooked penne pasta, broccoli and chicken breast strips are combined with a rich sauce composed of whipping cream, butter and parmesan cheese; top with diced tomato to produce a fresh, simple and satisfying entree!

Cook pasta in large amount boiling, salted water according to package directions. About 4 minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli and continue to boil, about 4 minutes longer.
Drain. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the ½ cup butter; add whipping cream and ½ cup of parmesan. Simmer over very low heat. Stir very often. Meanwhile fry chicken in the 1 tablespoon of butter until nicely browned. In a large pasta bowl, combine pasta, cream sauce, cooked chicken and diced tomato. Mix carefully. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan and pepper, to taste.
