Description:
This dip has a fresh, interesting taste and is easy to make; you may use sweet roasted peppers that come in jars or cans. This is a big hit at parties served with chips, vegetables or tortillas. |

Preparation:
To make the roasted red pepper dip, place the red peppers, garlic and cheese in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add olive oil, chopped basil and rosemary, salt and pepper and pulse for a few seconds. Place in a serving bowl. Stir to make sure that the dip is homogenized. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with your favorite cut vegetables. |
