A simple delight for the entire family, a great ice cream!

In a non-reactive saucepan, place cream and bring to boil on high heat. In a large bowl, whisk together yolks and sugar until the mixture become pale and fluffy.
Pour boiling cream gradually on the top, whisk until blended. Pour in a clean sauce, and cook stirring continuously over medium heat. Cook until thickens, but do not boil! On the side of the heat add semi sweet chocolate and cocoa powder and whisk in until totally melted.
Strain into a clean bowl, set on ice bath, to cool down, when cold, pour into the canister
of an ice cream maker. Stir the ice cream every 20 minutes from the freezer. Eat at once or transfer to a covered container and freeze up to 8 hours.

Make sure to freeze the bowl of the ice cream maker for at least 1 day.
