Arugala | ||
Arugala, also called rocket, is little plant considers by some gardeners as a little salad. I, myself, prefer to use it as an herb to add flavour to dishes rather than to use it as green leaves. Arugala has a nutty, spicy, peppery flavour. During my last trip to Italy, I could see that arugala is widely used as a salad but also it is being used fresh on top of pizzas. |
