Guacamole | ||
A green dip made from mashed avocados that have been seasoned with onions, tomatoes, chili and cilantro. Though regarded mostly as a dip for fried corn chips, it doubles well as a dip for raw vegetables. Not to mention that it is great as a filling for burritos and tacos. |
