Cream Sauce | ||
Is nothing more than Béchamel sauce that has been enriched with sweet cream. With either of the recipes above, bring the sauce to a simmer and, a tablespoonful at a time beat in 1/2 cup of sweet cream, simmering and mixing constantly until the sauce is at the consistency you want. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. |
