Chirashizushi sushi | ||
Is the most commonly homemade kind of sushi. It requires neither the manual dexterity of nigirizushi, nor the special mold required for oshizushi. Chirashizushi usually consists of seafood and vegetables in or on vinegar rice; the whole is topped with shredded omelet and chopped mushrooms. |
