French Regions

French cuisine is recognized all over the world. What makes it so interesting is that in a rather small country compared to the US or Canada for example, there is a huge choice of food and recipes.

Indeed, each French region has developed its own specialties based on its surroundings and the food that is grown there.

If you ever travel in France, you maybe be surprised that one doesn't need to drive long distances to see new landscapes, new food and even sometimes, new languages.

Our goal is to write about the different French regions, so that you may be tempted to adventure yourself outside the typical Paris-French Riviera destinations and discover the wonders of regions that are not so well known, but that have a rich gastronomy.
