Description:
Crispy and slightly spicy, the shrimp are dipped in a beer batter and deep fried to perfection, which seals a coconut crust around them. |

Preparation:
Sieve the flour in a bowl, mix in baking powder and make a well. Place the egg in the center, and whisk in the beer until the batter gets thick and smooth. Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature. Dip shrimp individually into the batter and then roll in the coating. Deep-fry. Serve with your favorite dip sauce. |
