"Looking for an unusual 13th birthday present for a grandson, we hit on the
idea of cooking lessons. Googling the subject, we landed on Chef Eric's web site. Booking and agreeing a menu was easily done on line. Chef Eric arrived with all the ingredients and we got down to some serious preparation and cooking. Dad and Grandad acted as sous chefs. Chef Eric and the new teenager took the lead roles. We all had fun and learned a lot. Chef Eric's approach and demeanour contributed significantly. When all was done the whole family sat down to a spectacular feast.
