Preparation:
Marinate the ribs: In a deep non-reactive bowl, combine all the ingredients in the order listed above. Cover and marinate the ribs for 6 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the marinade from time to time. Braise the ribs: Place the ribs in a stew pot; pour the marinade sauce over the ribs, making sure all the meat pieces are well covered. Bring to a boil on medium heat, covered with a lid and continue with the braising in the oven at 375°F, for about 2 hours. Check if the ribs are cooked with a knife. Serve into a platter, and enjoy! |
