Whether you are throwing a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas party, launch event, inauguration, cocktail event, family celebration, entertaining important clients, or planning a romantic evening for two, Chef Eric will travel to your home wherever you are to cook a gourmet dinner leaving you free to enjoy yourself and your guests.

A professionally trained French chef with over 26 years of experience, Chef Eric has created meals for all types of VIPs, celebrities, politicians, and European royalty. For your special event, he'll work with you to custom design a menu according to your tastes, special dietary needs, and budget.

On the day of your party, Chef Eric will arrive at your house with everything necessary to prepare your meal. Using only the finest, freshest ingredients, he'll prepare each course from scratch and serve it to you. Once the dinner is complete, he'll clean up, leaving you free to enjoy the rest of your evening with your guests.

Romantic Dinner (Don't wait for Valentine's Day!)

• Fennel, Pear and Yukon Gold Potato Cream Soup with Blue Cheese Shavings
• Beef  AAA Tenderloin Carpaccio with White Truffle Honey, Feta and Granny Smith Apple
• Champagne and Pineapple Sorbet

Ask us about our theme dinners for Valentine’s Day and festive appetizer menus for holiday parties. We also specialize in regional French menus including Parisian, Provencal, Bordeaux, Normandy, Burgundy, Alsace, and Lyon as well as the cuisine of Italy and Spanish Tapas.

• Romantic dinner for two: from $600.00.
• Gourmet parties of six or more people: from $159/person (wine and other beverages are not included but Chef Eric can make wine pairing recommendations for each course).
• 50 percent of the cost of the dinner must be paid at the time of the booking with the remaining balance due seven days prior to the event. 
• Deposit is non-refundable but you can re-schedule the date of your dinner with three days notice.

Chef Eric's private chef services are available to residents in B.C.'s and lower mainland.

Mileage fee of $0.79/km applies to all clients who live outside the Greater Vancouver area.
