4 cups freshly pressed apple juice
A little icing sugar, depending how sweet are the apples
1 lemon juice
To serve:
Calvados of Normandy

Description:

This Normand hole Apple Sorbet with Calvados recipe is a classic sorbet served all over Normandy.

Preparation:

Whisk a little icing sugar and lemon juice into your apple juice. Pour in the ice-cream maker until the mixture is almost firm and reserve into the freezer.
Serve with a tablespoon of calvados over the sorbet.

Notes:

Place the bowl of the ice-cream maker in your freezer the day before.
