With over 26 years experience working in the food industry at famous hotels and restaurants both in France and Canada, Chef Eric Arrouze now operates and manages Learn 4 Fun Consulting, a division of Carpe Diem Consulting Inc.

Previously, Chef Eric worked as an executive chef at Le Cap-Estel, a 5-star hotel in the French Riviera. During his tenure, he successfully supervised a team of 14 chefs, creating delightful dishes for the most sophisticated of palates! He has had the privilege of preparing entrees for famous people including Prince Albert of Monaco, Catherine Deneuve, and the members of U2...to name a few.

Drawing from his vast experience, Chef Eric has shown his expertise with hundreds of student chefs as well as home chefs through his classes. Chef Eric is always looking at ways to improve his skills and expand upon his talents. He is a certified instructor.

Chef Eric Arrouzé offers two web sites for foodies: www.911cheferic.com and www.onlineculinaryschool.net.

The 911cheferic.com site was created in 2000 for food lovers around the globe. Since then, the site has been gaining in popularity daily, thanks to thousands of curious chefs in the making! Today the site offers hundreds of recipe videos that delight the 911 Chef Eric Gourmet Club members.  In his latest business venture, onlineculinaryschool.net, Chef Eric has combined the two things he loves most in the world: cooking and teaching. With a team of experts assisting, Chef Eric has created an online video cooking school consisting of a full French cooking video curriculum.

Chef Eric’s online culinary courses are intensive so students will learn a lot from a certified French chef instructor. Our team wants you to be successful; the cooking instruction includes videos, texts, PDF handouts, web links, online chats, forums, homework assignments, and quizzes to ensure that you learn in a pleasant, exciting, and conducive environment. Upon course completion, our students receive a certificate of completion.

This innovative method of learning how to cook over the Internet is quite unique and students from around the world can access French cooking instructions wherever they are.
