Description:
Gulf Shrimp sautéed with Fettuccini are served with garlic, fresh basil, fresh parsley, fresh thyme and Parmesan cheese. |
||||||||||
Preparation:
Peel and wash the shrimp thoroughly, removing veins. In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the fettuccini according to the directions on the package. While the fettuccini is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium to a high temperature. Add the garlic and sauté for one minute, being careful not to brown. Add the shrimp and briefly sauté. Add the chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Drain the fettuccini and place it in a large serving bowl. Place the sautéed shrimp over the fettuccini noodles and toss together. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve. |
